Foundation Repair
After one hundred years of service to our community, our building is showing its age. The most recent issue is the destabilization of its foundation. We need your help to raise the $80,000.00 required to stabilize our building. Please consider making a designated contribution today.
Removal of Palms
As a volunteer-run organization, Centro Romero directs all contributions toward programming expenses. However, we cannot maintain the palm trees in front of our building, which significantly impacts the aesthetics and the sense of community it fosters. Your support in removing these trees, for $1500.00 each, will transform our community space, making it more inviting and accessible to all. No contribution is too small to make a difference. .
Fence Reconstruction
Centro Romero's fence last received care in 2005. Our fence, a security symbol, needs to be transformed from cyclone wire to iron. Your support, whether through a designated donation or by covering the cost of the entire project, will not only enhance the security of our premises but also contribute to the overall improvement of our community space. We will provide a complete budget for this project in the coming weeks.

Driveway Repair
Our driveway was initially paved in October 2007. Since then, we have provided the best annual care possible, according to our available financial resources. After 17 years, it is time to offer our parking lot the best professional care available, helping us extend its life without investing in a complete replenishment. We'd appreciate it if you could make a designated contribution to the parking lot crack filling and sealing project. Another option is for you to come to our facility with a group and do the work for us, including tools and work materials. Thank you!
Awnings
After the intensive storms of the 2023 winter, our awnings (six in total), gave up after more than ten years of service. Could you help us replace them? If you are open to helping us, please email us at help@theromerocenter.com In return, we will send you an estimate for the replacement of all awnings unless you would like to select the company in charge of the repairs, pre-pay the work, and send them our way.
